Shipping, Payment and Return Policies

 

Shipping and Payment:

We charge actual shipping costs with no handling or packing fees. Please contact us prior to purchase to discuss all of your available shipping options.

We ship by USPS Priority or Express Mail. Domestic parcels over $5000 will be shipped by Registered Mail for full insurance coverage. Full insurance is required on all parcels. Maine residents must pay state sales tax.

Domestic Customers: We accept personal checks, Paypal or Bank wire transfer. All checks will be held until clear. Bank wire and Paypal will ship immediately. Parcels will only be shipped to the verified address on the Paypal account.

International Customers: We accept Paypal or Bank Wire transfers. The full amount paid for the item will be declared on the customs form. Shipping and insurance options will vary by country of destination. To discuss shipping options available to your country, please contact us directly through the email link provided below.

All Customers: Unless otherwise agreed to in advance: Payment by Paypal, including shipping costs, is due within 3 days of purchase. Checks must be received within 7 days of purchase.

Please Note: Items are not on Hold while I answer questions or negotiate layaway terms.

 

Returns:

My items are unconditionally guaranteed, and they may be returned for any reason. If you wish to return an item, please reply to your Purchase Order email OR email me directly through the link provided below.

These are the steps to return an item:

1) Contact me within 3 days of receipt of the item.

2) The item must be mailed back within 3 days of notification of your intent to return the item.

3) The item must be packed exactly as it was sent to you, in the same box, bubblewrap and peanuts.

4) The item must be shipped fully insured.

5) The item must be received in the same condition as it was sent.

Damaged Items: If an item is damaged in shipping, please do not return it. Contact me and I will assist you with an insurance claim.
